The Role

The firm are looking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor into their Norwich office

You will deal with high value and complex matters for an excellent and varied client base, working alongside an experienced Partner. The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of matters such as; Landlord and tenant, Licenses to assign, Commercial leases, Acquisitions and disposals and Development work.

The firm are entrepreneurial and so are looking for determined individuals to join the team who have a strong work ethic and business development skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern firm with a fresh outlook.

Requirements

• You will be an experienced Solicitor with 2 PQE +
• You will have an excellent technical knowledge of Commercial Property matters and a strong billings history
• You should have evidence of successful business development
• Salary is competitive, based upon experience
