THE ROLE
An Associate is now sought to join the highly rated Banking & Finance team in London, focusing on transactional lending/borrowing work.
Clients include financial institutions such as banks, development banks, funds and alternative lenders and borrowers on a wide range of lending work.
This includes bilateral bank lending work, sports finance, mainly football transfers and media rights receivables, acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance, with an emphasis on renewable energy projects, cross border financings, bank lending work in emerging markets, asset finance and Islamic finance.
ABOUT YOU
A banking lawyer at the junior to mid level, you will be highly motivated and keen to take responsibility.
Both technically excellent and with top academics, you will have the ability to apply your legal skills in a practical way, through experience which will have been gained in the banking/finance practice of a leading firm.
