Job Details

A national firm with a truly global presence are looking to hire a non-contentious Employment associate to join their practice in the City. The firm can offer a broad role, an open minded and collegiate culture and a work/life balance that may not be possible at most City firms.

The team work on a real variety of non-contentious employment matters, advising employers on issues surrounding grievances, redundancies, appointments, terminations and disciplinaries. The majority of the work is respondent led predominantly for large private sector employers and will enable the successful individual to be involved in high profile and complex employment tribunal claims.

The Employment team are seeking an ambitious and motivated associate with a minimum of one year of post-qualification experience within a respected Employment team. Whilst the role is broad, the firm do not expect applicants to have experience in all areas, however previous experience working for high-profile private sector employers would be highly advantageous.
