A prestigious US law firm are looking to grow their highly ranked Corporate Tax team with the hire of an NQ solicitor who has completed a six-month seat in a well-respected Tax practice. The firm can offer an extremely competitive remuneration package, high-end City work and the chance to work closely with leading names within this space.

The practice advice on a full range of International and UK tax issues relating to finance, private equity deals and fund formation. The Partners in this practice have been consistently recognised by a variety of independent directories as experts in this field and boast a broad client base including blue-chip investment banks, global corporations and private equity funds.

To be considered, the new joiner will likely have trained at an International upper mid-market, Silver Circle, Magic Circle or US firm. A strong academic record is a prerequisite to be considered for this vacancy.
