**US FIRM** Equity Capital Markets Associate 1-4PQE

A highly regarded US firm are looking to recruit an Equity Capital Markets associate between the 1-4PQE mark to join their growing team in London. The firm offer an extremely competitive remuneration package, high-end work and a particular attractive client base.

The team advise leading investment banks, investors and issues on a range of equity transactions. The firm operate primarily in the technology and life science sector and raise capital through both global public and private markets. The successful candidate will be exposed to a broad array of transactions including but not limited to; public equity offerings, initial public offerings, secondary public offerings and PIPE transactions. The new joiner will become an integral part of a small team and will be given the chance to work closely with leading practitioners within this space.

The practice are looking for an individual with at least one year of post-qualification experience within a leading international, silver circle, magic circle or US law firm. A strong academic record is also a prerequisite to be considered for this vacancy.
