Job Details
An innovative practice with a national network of offices is seeking a Senior Banking and Finance Associate for a 10-12-month Fixed Term Contract for their Berkshire office. The busy banking team who deal with high profile clients are hoping to welcome a friendly and hardworking individual keen to integrate and work as part of the team.
The successful candidate must have experience in:
- Leverage and Real Estate Finance transactions
- Managing and supervising juniors running smaller transactions
- Acting for borrowers, lenders and investors
- Confidence in drafting facility documentation on the LMA or bank standard form, ability to draft and negotiate bespoke intercreditor or priority documentation and to be well versed in the different types of security documentation
- Strong project management skills as transactions can involve liaising with firms in other jurisdictions
