Job Details
A Top 10 private practice with a national and international presence is currently recruiting for a 5+PQE Commercial Lawyer to join their Managed Legal Services team in Berkshire to cover a period of maternity leave. The Managed Legal Services team is split into 6 practice teams, one of which is the Commercial Team where the successful candidate will sit.
The ideal candidate should be available immediately or at short notice and be hungry for the opportunity to develop themselves professionally. In-house experience and knowledge of the water industry would be advantageous.
The successful applicant must have:
- A detailed knowledge of the EC procurement regime; contract law; liability and indemnity; data protection
- A working knowledge of: bonds and guarantees; contract disputes and resolution; joint ventures; corporate structures and procedures
- Awareness of: securitisation; consumer law; IP; construction; competition; share acquisition / disposal and employment law.
