Job Details
An opportunity for a corporate associate, with at least 2PQE, to join the leading corporate practice of this international City firm, primarily to work a range of private M&A, private equity and general corporate transactions. Much of the work is high-value and high-profile work, frequently cross-border, acting for some of the world's largest companies.
The ideal corporate lawyer for this position will have around 3PQE and will have trained, qualified and practised within a leading City firm with a well regarded corporate / M&A practice, or a top tier firm in a common law jurisdiction.
An excellent opportunity for an ambitious corporate associate who is looking to join a dynamic, collaborative team in a major City corporate team.
