The firm's unique market position is built from their market leading breadth of practice, deep industry knowledge and a 'one team' global approach with an international team of around 2,500 associates on six continents.

The opportunity is to work specifically in the firm's debt capital markets London practice who are ranked among the best in the city with a well established client base and operates as an integrated part of the firm's international debt capital markets and structured finance team.

Knowledge management plays a vital strategic role for the firm by delivering knowledge to both internal and external stakeholders in an efficient and technically excellent manner.

The successful applicant will be working with two highly experienced Knowledge Lawyers on a day-to-day basis and will act as the practice's primary researcher, aggregator and will work on the firm's knowledge management infrastructure to optimise their various software programmes.

Potential applicants must hold an LPC or BPTC, with previous experience working within a capital markets team preferred and a good working knowledge of legal online research sources such as Westlaw, BAILII and LexisNexis.
