Due to ongoing success, the firm are now looking to make a number of key strategic hires to achieve their next milestone - for this reason they are seeking entrepreneurial and experienced Lawyers seeking Partnership or progression to Partnership.

The Role

The firm are looking to hire an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor or Senior Solicitor into their office in Bury St Edmunds

You will be responsible for working alongside the Partners across all areas of the firm to service their high-quality portfolio of local and regional clients

The firm are expanding at a steady rate, focusing on strategic hires to further their offering so they are looking for someone to bring their drive and ambition to the Dispute Resolution team.

The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of matters such as: Employment Disputes, Professional Negligence, Employee Disputes, Contentious Probate, Debt Recovery and Property Disputes

If you are an experienced Solicitor or Senior Solicitor seeking the opportunity to working alongside industry leading Partners - this is an outstanding opportunity with progression to Partnership for the right person.

Requirements

  • You will be a Dispute Resolution Solicitor or Senior Solicitor with 3 years PQE +
  • You will have an excellent technical knowledge of commercial property matters and a strong billings history
  • You should have evidence of successful business development, with a transportable client base an advantage
  • Salary is competitive, based upon experience
