An insurance Underwriter that underwrite mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and tax insurance are looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Lawyer to focus on underwriting UK and European M&A deals.

The hire will work with one of the markets most experienced W&I insurance teams with a team comprised of first-class private equity and M&A professionals - the brand is impressive displaying growth throughout Europe. Submissions are received through the international broking community.

The role would suit a Corporate Lawyer interested in moving into technical appointment where he or she can remain within transactions in an environment to leverage their corporate law background. You will be confident in making decisions around risk based on conducting legal due diligence and have appetite to work within an agile working environment.
