We have been retained by an ambitious representations and warranties (M&A insurance) team that would like to make an Analyst hire to support a team of R&W Underwriters on major US and international transactions. The team is nimble, agile and will offer a route to developing into an Underwriter with exposure to deals, operational matters and activity that he or she may not see be privvy to at a corporate Insurer.
