Job Details
My client - a top tier investment bank - are looking to hire a Custody lawyer to add to their legal team. They are considering candidates at VP and potentially at Director level.
The successful candidate will be negotiating custody agreements, prime brokerage, liability and indemnity provisions as well as assisting with collateral matters.
