This firm has an exceptional reputation in Real Estate Litigation. They work across a national network of offices, joining closely with the transactional Real Estate team in terms of managing client relationships and business strategy. In the Manchester office, they are a successful and highly performing team. Due to the structure, they are now looking to add a Senior Associate or Legal Director - someone to work just below the Partners, with a clear opportunity to progress.

The Role
· Join a highly performing Real Estate Litigation team, working in Manchester but as part of a national network of offices.
· Handle a wide range of Real Estate Litigation, including boundary disputes, trespass and nuisance, service charge disputes and adverse possession.
· Move into a senior role in the Manchester team, working just below Partners regarded as experts in this area, with an excellent path to progress.
· Take on key clients, complex work and be given the opportunity to help manage more junior members of the team.

The Candidate
· Senior Associate or Legal Director level candidate with an excellent background in Real Estate Litigation work.
· Proven ability to handle complex Real Estate Litigation matters, as expected working in a national firm.
· Has an interest in business development and networking as part of the wider team.
· A team player looking to help supervise and mentor more junior fee earners in the team.
