Part-time - 20 hours a week
Errington Legal are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to work for a leading Life Science company based in Cambridge. This role will be on a part-time basis.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years PQE and will have significant in-house experience, either as a sole counsel or as part of a team, ideally within a technology or start-up environment. You will have the confidence and commercial acumen to work autonomously as the sole lawyer for the business, and will be responsible for working with stakeholders at different levels of the business.
This is a broad and interesting role, and the post-holder's responsibilities will include preparing, negotiating and reviewing various company contracts, ensuring UK Companies House compliance, maintaining relevant statutory books and registers, and establishing and maintaining a database of Intellectual Property matters and liaising with external advisers.
