CONSTRUCTION DISPUTES - WEST END

The firm are continuing to develop their construction team, hence the additional hire at the junior to mid level. the work is broad litigation/arbitration disputes with the opportunity to handle up to c.20% non-contentious work also.

The team's strategy is to increase capacity to take on complex contentious matters at any one time and to increase the non-contentious practice to include drafting project documents, contracts, professional appointments collateral warranties and bonds. The construction team acts for institutions, main contractors, house builders, developers, employers, funders and private clients in relation to construction, engineering and substantial infrastructure projects, as well as providing a service for the commercial real estate teams' client base.

The team are friendly and collegiate and the hours very reasonable - 1250 annual billing target. The new addition to the team will work in a supportive environment where they will have the opportunity to undertake a high level of responsibility and partner and client contact.
