OUR CLIENT
Global business seeks to recruit a French qualified commercial lawyer 2 - 6 PQE to join an established in house legal function based in London.
THE ROLE
The successful candidate will: be fluent in English and French with good commercial contracts experience, capable of managing a broad workload covering :
Commercial Contracts - Drafting, negotiation and review of contracts, including sales and supply chain, outsourcing and NDAs in both English and French
Provide legal advice to senior stakeholders in areas such as; data protection, IP, cross-border transactions and corporate matters,
Oversee corporate governance for EMEA entities including company formation, re-structuring and filings with the Commercial Register
The postholder will be expected to work closely with the Compliance function to develop and implement internal and external policies and processes
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this interesting opportuity, you will be a qualified French lawyer, able to draft in both French and English with relevant in house commercial skills.
