Corporate Crime Lawyer - Manchester

Experienced Litigation Solicitor required for rewarding new Corporate Crime role with a well-regarded national law firm in Manchester.

Our client is a full-service commercial law firm who are globally regarded as innovative and progressive. Their Corporate Crime group deals with investigations and prosecutions of a range of offences including fraud, bribery and corruption, criminal anti-competitive behaviour, health and safety, environmental, food hygiene and safety, product safety, consumer protection (Trading Standards) and dawn raids.

Due to expansion they are looking to recruit an experienced Litigation Solicitor to the team in Manchester. You will ideally have a minimum of 4PQE within Corporate Crime or Regulatory. They would ideally like to bring in someone who has advisory and advocacy experience within white collar fraud, financial compliance and with proven experience of investigations, inquests and inquiries. Experience of Corporate due diligence, AML and tax evasion will be beneficial.
