Job Details
A member of the global off-shore elite is looking to recruit a Finance lawyer to join their team in Jersey.
You will work on a wide range of finance transactions including real estate finance, debt capital markets, acquisition finance and structured finance matters. This will be for a range of sophisticated international clients including investment funds and corporate entities.
Experience from a banking team in England & Wales, Scotland, Ireland or any commonwealth country including South Africa, New Zealand or Australia will be essential for this position.
