This is an opportunity for a property litigation solicitor to join an international law firm in their successful property litigation team in Manchester City Centre.

The Role:
· Leading on a varied caseload from inception to completion across a range of property disputes in a team that stands out for its asset management and leasing expertise and the team acts for a range of institutional investors, shopping centre owners, property funds and REITs.
· It is also regularly instructed by commercial and public sector clients on high-value and strategic property disputes, and is often engaged on disputes involving development and regeneration projects, and rent reviews.
· Leading on client relationships
· Opportunity to get involved in business development
· Assisting Partners and mentoring juniors

Candidate Requirements:
· Solicitor 1 years + PQE
· Experience in Property litigation, property and commercial litigation
· Good academic record
· Good communication skills- able to build relationships with colleagues and clients
· Ability to work autonomously and also within a wider team
· Self motivated
· Attention to detail
