Job Details
My client is a leading global financial institution, and they are looking to hire a Lending/Leverage finance lawyer on a permanent basis into their London office.
The purpose of the role is so support various business lines within Bank with a specific focus on Mid-Market Financial Sponsors covering, as well as support in connection with debt finance, in particular the provision of LMA-based syndicated, bilateral, term and revolving facilities in the UK and European markets.
A strong candidate should have relevant experience from a top tier law firm, as well as in-house experience either from a secondment or from their current role.
