VENTURE CAPITAL ASSOCIATE - LEADING INT'L TMT FIRM (4-6PQE)

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a mid to senior level corporate associate with solid experience of venture capital transactions to join an international and market leading TMT firm.

We are delighted to be instructed by the firm to work on this venture capital focused vacancy. The firm have an excellent reputation within the tech sector, working closely with tech and media start-ups on high profile and cutting edge VC transactions.

The team sits alongside the wider Corporate practice that handles a broad range of work including private and public M&A and ECM matters across TMT and Cleantech sectors. Whilst the focus of the role is VC, therwill also be scope to get involved in other transactions.

The successful candidate is likely to have experience of working at a top City firm, where he or she will have gained a minimum of 4 years' PQE.
