Pro-Legal are working closely with a leading International firm, looking for an experienced Commercial Associate to join their highly regarded London practice.
The client has offices across Europe, Asia Pacific, North America and the Middle East and are continuing to grow.
They are a popular choice for ex-Magic Circle Associates, as they offer a strong mixture of high-quality work, interesting clients, a reasonable work/life balance and the genuine opportunity for career progression.
The Tech Transactions team covers a broad range of technology specific matters, including technology licensing, cloud, SaaS and IoT agreements. The team also works with a variety of clients and sectors, including defence clients, financial services, governments and also football clubs on their digital environments.
Those of interest will likely have:
- A strong academic record
- 3-5 years post qualification experience
- A broad range of Technology related experience and more general Commercial experience obtained in a leading UK practice
- A personable and ambitious associate, comfortable with a highly client facing role
- Personality fit is key to this client
