Fantastic opportunity for an existing Conveyancing Partner, Director or Operations Manager to join this North West based law firm. They are looking to upscale their department and to establish themselves as a key player in the conveyancing market, both in the North West and nationally.

The main priority of this role is to increase workflow into the department and to increase revenue & turnover. Whilst they already have an established team they are looking to double in size over the next few years, so need someone with the experience and know how to do this. There is no set PQE level for this role and suitability will purely based on experience, with the ability to bring in substantial amounts of new business a key aspect of this role.

There is a fantastic support system in place with a modern case management system, constant investment in IT, paralegal & secretarial support as well as a strong financial backing. Salary & package are to be discussed but will likely fall into the £60,000 - £100,000 range, with a tremendous benefits package included as well.
