Pro-Legal are currently working with a leading Magic Circle Law Firm who are looking for high calibre Corporate Tax Lawyers to join their team working with international clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Associate to engage with a high level of client contact.

This team work on large corporate and financing transactions offering both domestic and cross-border advice for exciting City-based and International clients from financial institutions, corporate entities, funds or governments.

You would be providing with UK and cross-border tax advice, ranging from stand-alone tax advisory mandates to transaction linked advice and working closely with colleagues from other offices, you will be involved in transactional planning, structuring and financing.

The successful candidate is likely to have:

• A strong academic record
• C.1-6 years post qualification experience
• Strong Corporate Tax experience obtained in a leading UK practice
