The Role:

Your role as a Financing Lawyer will provide you with the chance to be involved in both the legal and commercial decision-making. You will advise on a range of matters including; debt capital market transactions, corporate recovery and insolvency, bank lending, leveraged finance, asset finance, project finance and structured finance. You will also draft commercial aspects of relevant documentation. Having a diverse range of clients, you will be able to build and maintain strong relationships.

The Financing department is split into three large teams. With several Partners at hand; you will receive the best support from the leading experts in their field and with continued legal and business skills training your opportunity to develop will continue to rise.

The successful candidate:

The successful candidate for this position as a Financing Lawyer will be those who are analytically acute with abundance of confidence and ambition. A desire to join a fast paced and intellectually stimulating environment is essential.

A strong academic background is required, and the successful candidate will be an NQ or up to 4 years PQE. Prior exposure to transactional work from a reputable UK Law Firm is key.
