FINANCE KNOWLEDGE DEVELOPMENT LAWYER - 5+ PQE

This major UK and international law firm have an excellent new opportunity for an experienced Finance lawer to join their thriving London practice in a Knowledge Development role. Working closely with fee earners and the broader KM team, the position will entail developing and driving forward an innovative knowledge strategy for the department (both in London and internationally), alongside producing high-quality knowledge content for the team (for use both internally and externally). Applicants should be UK qualifed lawyers who have experience in providing high-end advice to clients in the Finance area. Knowledge of banking and capital markets regulatory issues, as well as structured finance and securitisations would be highly advantageous. Excellent drafting, communication and marketing skills will also be needed.
