The Team

• The team provides clients with prompt, practical and technically sound advice, covering all the legal and business issues for the effective ownership, development and management of commercial properties.
• Clients include private property companies, entrepreneurs, funds, charities, institutions, banks, international investors and high net worth individuals.

Scope

• The main focus of the role will be on acting on development projects for private property companies, entrepreneurs, funds and high net worth individuals. The solicitor will report to a Partner and work within a section of the Commercial Property team.

Responsibilities

• Sale and purchase of commercial property
• Landlord and tenant
• Investment
• Development
• Acting for banks in obtaining security

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2.1 degree and experience from a leading firm
• Confident in working autonomously/independently and able to ensure that ever-changing deadlines are met and cases move ahead smoothly
• Ability to assimilate complex facts, as well as meticulous and well organised
• Adaptable and open to change, with a strong sense of responsibility
• Possesses a proactive and innovative approach to problem solving
• Enthusiasm and a desire to help develop and grow the practice.
