Job Details
Our client is a leading international law firms with an established team in Dubai.
The Dubai office focusses on corporate, projects, disputes and asset finance and your clients will include public and private corporations, investment banks and financial institutions, governments and international bodies.
They have a well regarded corporate and commercial practice in Dubai and advise on company set up, joint venture transactions and restructurings in the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
You will be given the chance to handle a variety of work, including corporate and commercial transactions across the Middle East. You will be expected to take responsibility for significant elements of a transaction. This means that you must have significant transactional experience and strong transaction management skills.
Skills and Qualifications
We are currently seeking a bilingual Arabic and English speaking corporate lawyer with at least 1 year of experience working in the UAE.
