We are working with a fast growing, listed hospitality business, well known for its brand appeal. The business primarily owns its properties and is expanding across the UK and EMEA. We are delighted to support the Board in hiring a lawyer with a strong background in Commercial Real Estate, Construction, Commercial Contracts and Franchising.

Reporting into the CFO who is very supportive and working closely with external counsel, this is a sole counsel position where you will develop autonomy and responsibility. You may have prior inhouse experience within a relevant industry (eg. retail, hospitality) but this is not obligatory and cultural fit and mindset are more important. You will be commercially astute, organised and robust, with the enthusiasm and proactive approach to thrive in this visible role. You will enjoy working with young and professionally sophisticated stakeholders within a respectful, fun and high achieving culture and playing a significant part in the success and growth of the business!
