Corporate Lawyer | International Law Firm| 2-4PQE
The Partners at this commercially focused international law firm are looking for a Corporate Associate. The associate they are looking to hire would be working in large yet collegiate team in which they would benefit from close knit partner contact as well as direct client contact. The areas of Corporate they cover consist of:
- Public & Private M&A
- Private Equity
- Equity Capital Markets
- Joint Ventures
- General Commercial Work
This would be an ideal role for an associate who enjoys high levels of responsibility and who is overspecialised in one of the above areas and would like to diversify their respective skill set.
The Requirements:
- 2-4PQE and will have post qualified general corporate experience gained within private practice.
- You will have strong academics with a minimum 2.1 (or equivalent) from a top university.
- The firm are open to candidates from multiple jurisdictions and will consider applicants from Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and Scotland. The firm will also consider candidates from regional firms who can demonstrate the necessary commitment and desire to move to London.
