Head of Commercial

Our client is a full service firm strategically located in the heart of London. 

As the next stage in its strategic recruitment plan it is keen to appoint an ambitious Commercial solicitor to head up and drive the Commercial offering forward.

This is a pivotal appointment and the successful candidate will have at least some following as well as a proven track record in business development.  

There is an existing caseload of commercial work including advising on:

• Incorporation
• Purchase and Sale of Companies
• Joint Ventures
• Reorganisations
• Venture Capital Investments
• Transfer and Licensing of Intellectual Property
• TUPE
• Shareholder Agreements

The successful candidate will be encouraged to fully leverage off the firms existing clients and contacts which include companies, partnerships, LLPs and sole traders.

This is a rare opportunity for the successful candidate to be able to make their mark by ultimately heading the Commercial department and growing a team around them.
