Job Details
A Top US firm require a bright and personable Restructuring lawyer to join their growing team in London.
Working closely with one of the leaders in this space, the successful candidate will work on a variety of big-ticket work which includes acting for par and distressed investors in both "yield" and "loan to own" scenarios to acting for private equity and venture capital investors seeking to capitalise on restructuring opportunities and to protect and optimise existing investments. The successful candidate will therefore be at least 2PQE at a leading City practice.
The successful candidate will be rewarded a very attractive remuneration package and excellent career prospects.
