Job Details
Our client, a leading international full service law firm, is now actively seeking an Incentives Associate with 3+ PQE to join their thriving Incentives and Share Schemes Group in London on a 3+ month interim contract, starting ASAP.
The group, which currently specialises in advising clients on the design, implementation and operation of incentive arrangements (as well as UK tax advantaged plans), acts for companies, directors, trustees and employees on a wide range of issues, both in the context of corporate transactions and on an advisory basis. The team also advises on the incentives and remuneration aspects of corporate transactions such as management buy-outs, stock market flotations and takeovers.
