A historic legal firm with a strong international presence, established circa 1700 located in a prestigious area within the City of London are seeking an 8 years + PQE Senior Solicitor to lead their highly successful Corporate team.

You will be currently be dealing with corporate law matters within a city, national of large regional practice. The team deal with a broad range corporate matters including things such as mergers & acquisitions, takeovers, restructuring corporate finance, joint ventures, IPOs. They also have strong skills within corporate structuring, company sales and acquisitions, intellectual property, private wealth and employment, valuable for growing clientele in high-tech and e-commerce businesses.

You will be working within a strong Partnership, becoming an integral part of the team right away and will enjoy a lot of direct client contact with key clients of the firm as well as contribute to building the department further by getting actively involved in the business development activities of the firm and the department.
