Job Details
We are working with a law firm in London who are looking to bring in a mid-senior level Employment Associate to join their experienced team.
The internationally recognised team acts as a trusted advisor to several leading FTSE blue chip organisations and are looking to recruit a 4-6 PQE specialist in employment law.
The successful candidate for the role will have the following:
- Strong academic background and technical ability
- Commercially minded with excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Significant employment law experience in a large commercial practice (especially strategic employment law advice, complex employment tribunal claims, cross-border issues, restructuring and redundancy, complex grievances at a senior level (including discrimination and whistle blowing complaints) and senior executive/board room issues).
- Experience in High value and High Court litigation and regulatory matters in the FS or other regulated sectors is desirable but not essential
- An appetite for delivering solutions within the M&A and outsourcing space
