Banking Associate with 1-4 years PQE. This is an opportunity with an International firm in the City of London to work in one of the largest and most highly commended department in the legal market to date.

The Role
The team are looking to recruit an Associate to their successful Banking department.
They represent major banks and other debt providers, corporate borrowers, financial advisers and private equity sponsors on a wide range of commercial matters.
You will be working on several different areas of general banking, such as corporate lending, acquisitions, leveraged finance, real estate finance, asset based lending and media finance.
This department offer a tailored, innovative solution to solve their client's business needs drawing on the firms other highly regarded practices including banking & finance, disputes, regulatory, structured finance, employment, real estate, tax and insurance.
Requirements
- Banking Associate with 1-4 years PQE
- Experienced within a recognised finance team with a solid career history
- Strong understanding of the practice area and expertise gained in a highly regarded, comparable International law firm
- Strong academics with a minimum 2:1 degree from a top 20 university (preferred)
- Must be confident with clients and a keen business developer
This is a great opportunity for an Associate that wants progression with a top International firm. The package is above market rate and the role will provide a great deal of responsibility and opportunities for development.
