Excellent Legal Director level opening for a experienced real estate lawyer to join this market leading law firm.
Our client has a market leading reputation for real estate work with one of the largest dedicated teams in the Midlands. This superb firm can offer the ideal blend of high quality work, an enviable client portfolio including many high profile names, as well as a hugely supportive, collaborative and partner led working environment.
Due to a desire to grow the business on the back of achieving superb double digit results, the firm seeks to appoint an additional Principal Associate or Legal Director. You'll bring a minimum of 5 years PQE as a commercial real estate specialist, with experience covering some or all of commercial acquisitions, disposals, development or corporate occupier work. Applications are welcomed from senior lawyers already operating at senior or principal associate level and looking for a step into a Director position or an existing Director seeking a better platform for your future career development.
Working on behalf of a range of high profile clients including major corporate occupiers with large scale property interests, as well as institutional investors and financial services clients, you'll be responsible for advising on a mix of City quality real estate work whilst taking on a key role within the group.
