We are working closely with one of the leading offshore firms who are looking to recruit a number of Corporate, Funds and Finance lawyers into their London, Jersey and Guernsey offices.

Joining one of the powerhouses of the offshore world, you will be an England and Wales, Jersey or Guernsey qualified lawyer looking for a step up and change of culture. This is a rare opportunity to join a practice where you can diversify your experience, gaining experience across corporate and finance, as well as exposure to funds work. The firm have a flexible and adaptable approach and are happy to work around the experience and ambitions of each particular individual.

In terms of their work, they are consistently considered one of the leading firms for corporate work, acting on major private equity and M&A transactions in the Channel Islands and Caribbean. Their finance work is largely real estate driven and includes some asset finance work whilst their funds work focuses around fund formation, regulation and restructuring for some of the largest investment funds teams worldwide.

You will have gained experience across one of the core practice areas, ideally with some exposure to offshore clients or firms, and be looking to build upon this experience moving forward in your career. They also offer one of the best remuneration packages outside of the Magic/Silver Circle firms and a structured track for progression to Senior Associate/Partnership.
