Top 20 law firm based in central Leeds are seeking a NQ Property Litigation Solicitor to join their well rated team.
The role will involve handling a variety of portfolio management issues and property disputes for major developers, funders, investors and local authorities. You will be involved, amongst other things, in lease renewals, break options, non-payment of rent and service charge as well general nuisance matters and boundary disputes rights.
To be considered for the role, you will be a UK qualified solicitor with a minimum 6 months seat in property litigation with experience in development issues and commercial property disputes.
