The Role
This firm are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor to join their flourishing Southampton, Hampshire office.
The team find that good results are achieved by working closely with clients and building up relationships of trust and mutual respect. This role will cover all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including re-mortgages, sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property and transfers of equity. You will benefit from incredible prospects for progression.
You will be working alongside some of the most well-respected property lawyers in the regions putting you ahead of the curve in terms of others of a similar PQE.
Requirements:
- You will Ideally have at least 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of PQE)
- You will have a great eye for detail
- You will be experienced in Conveyancing
- Be ambitious and dynamic
- You will receive a basic salary that is above market rate.
- Excellent career prospects, no glass ceilings.
