Job Details
This major international law firm has develop an award winning funds practice which continues to receive excellent instructions globally. As a result, a common law or US qualified funds lawyer with top-tier private practice experience is sought. The main focus of the role will be on fund formation, which will involve advice on fund structuring, preparing fund documentation, negotiating fund documentation with investors, and co-ordinating fund closings.
The successful candidate will have a strong academic background and exposure to excellent funds work gained at a top tier UK, Australian, New Zealand or US law firm recognised for its funds practice.
For solicitors based overseas, a competitive relocation, sponsorship and remuneration package is available
