Job Details
A highly regarded Competition Disputes practice is looking to add a lawyer with a minimum of 5 years' experience to join as a Senior Associate at one of the most notable firms in the world. The team deals with bringing, defending and advising on competition claims in the UK courts, advising on competition investigations, preparing and advising on competition compliance programmes, as well as advising on UK and EU merger control, state aid and commercial agreements and conduct.
The right candidate would have a strong academic background and will have worked in the City at another top Competition practice focusing on the disputes side of the work. A keenness to develop clients' relationships and be actively involved in business development is a must due to the level of experience that is required.
