THE ROLE

For a mid to senior level Corporate Associate to focus on working for venture capital clients.

This will involve both venture capital investment work as well as M&A of venture capital backed companies.

You will also be exposed to a broad range of other corporate transactions including: M&A (public and private), equity capital markets, private equity and joint ventures.

You will be working with clients in sectors such as technology and communications, IT, media, entertainment and sport, energy and utilities,

ABOUT YOU

Highly motivated and keen to take responsibility within an international firm, your experience will have been gained at a well-regarded corporate practice.

This should include handling corporate transactions - in particular venture capital ranging from early stage financing to later stage growth equity financing and preferably also growth debt financing - although the firm would also consider candidates without debt experience) gained within a comparable environment and at an appropriate level.
