Agricultural Property Solicitor

An opportunity has arisen for an Agricultural Property Solicitor to join an award winning and leading team of agricultural lawyers. Based in the Cambridgeshire office, the Agricultural Property Solicitor will provide advice on a range of Agricultural transactions on a permanent basis. Full time or part time will be considered.

The Role:

As an Agricultural Property Solicitor at this well established firm, you will work as part of a substantial real estate offering in Cambridge servicing local and national clients. The matter will include:

* Dealing with leases and tenancies
* Sales of land for non-agricultural use
* Renewable energy
* Construction contracts
* Planning and environmental issues
* Health and safety

Candidate Requirements:

The successful Agricultural Solicitor will:

* Have experience in agricultural property law, or having dealt with first registrations and sales of unregistered land
* Have a strong academic record
* Be very keen to undertake business development and marketing
