RESTRUCTURING & INSOLVENCY - U.S. FIRM x2

Able to tap into the firm's widespread network of international offices - most importantly in the US, our client's six-partner London team provides a 'very responsive service' on contentious and non-contentious matters to a wide array of stakeholders.

They are actively seeking 2 additional specialists as part of their plans for continued expansion. The successful candidates will gain broad experience in advising on a range of financial restructuring and insolvency matters, acting for debtors, financial institutions, funds, sponsors and boards of directors. The firm is particularly keen to hire candidates with cross-border/ international experience and will consider candidates with transactional or contentious experience or a mixture of both.
