**NEW** Disease Solicitor (Defendant) 1-4PQE

An established Insurance focused firm are looking to hire a junior-mid level Industrial Disease solicitor between the 1-4PQE level. The firm can offer a broad role, an established, high-end Insurer client base and the chance to join a close-knit and collegiate team.

The practice regularly advise a broad array of key insurer clients on a range of inquests, investigations and care claims. The successful candidate will have a large degree of client contact and will act as a key point of contact. The new joiner will manage their own caseload but will also assist the firm's Partners on higher value cases and more complex matters.

The firm are looking for an individual with a minimum of one year of post-qualification experience within a Personal Injury team, ideally with exposure to defendant Disease claims. Furthermore, previous familiarity with inquest work would be a significant advantage but is not necessarily a pre-requisite to be considered for this role.
