A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an additional Associate to join this leading US law firm in their large and well-established London office. Their Employment & Incentives team handles work for a range of major global clients, advising on a varied range of top-level work in this area, often associated with major M&A and private equity transactions. Typically this may include drafting and negotiating employment contracts, consultancy agreements, equity incentive plans and bonus plans; conducting due diligence on incentives and pensions aspects of major M&A deals; implementing new equity and/or cash based incentives arrangements; and recruitment and termination of key executives, domestic and cross border reorganisations, redundancy exercises and transfers of employees.
