Job Details
IDEX Consulting has an exclusive mandate to recruit a Senior General Counsel to join one of the UAE's largest corporations. This is a broad Counsel role and as such are seeking a senior individual with expertise in a wide range of legal and corporate matters. The role would be managing the legal division compromising of 20 Lawyers across corporate, finance, litigation, real estate and construction.
Looking to speak with a GC from the UK or Europe who is currently a GC at a large conglomerate and has a very strong skill set across corporate M&A matters, capital raisings, joint ventures and financial aspects of large projects work.
