We are seeking a legal counsel specialising in property on behalf of our client, a FTSE company based in Sheffield.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a very friendly legal team with a great culture. You will be handling a mix of leasehold and freehold related matters and have responsibility for helping to manage a large property portfolio involved in a range of matters, working with the business to manage risks e.g. title issues, breaches of covenants, liability for contamination. A rewarding and exciting part of the role will involve managing and influencing stakeholders and strategy.
In terms of your approach, you must have experience of dealing with complex legal issues and pragmatic solutions to problems. If you thrive on new challenges and have at least 2 years’ of post-qualification property experience with a well-established business or as a real estate associate in a law firm, we would like to hear from you.
